Four children make a mysterious discovery on their home planet that leads them to become lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. The holographic circus that entertains Neel’s younger siblings is the same one that Chewbacca’s family attends in the infamous The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978). Featured in AniMat’s Crazy Cartoon Cast: Silly Old Deadly Bear (2022). Honestly, the only thing that keeps me watching is Jude Law’s character: Jod Na Nawood. Jod is a charming villain type who reminds me of Han Solo, except with more questions raised about who he really is and what he can really do. Is he a Jedi? Is he a Sith? Who is he?! However, as the trailer showed, Jod will become a temporary pseudo-father figure for the four main characters, and Law is the perfect actor to play him. So I really hope they don’t kill him off in the series finale like Disney seems to do with characters I like in their recent shows – *cough*Sun*cough*.. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
